13. In Schedule 4 (Grant of Permits)—
(a)in Part 1, paragraph 4(2)(b), after “mixtures” the second time it occurs, insert “as last amended by Commission Regulation 2017/776/EU”; and,
(b)in Part 2, paragraph 16, after “environment” insert “as last amended by Directive 2014/52/EU(1)”.
