SCHEDULE 2 AMENDMENT OF WATER PROVISIONS

Amendment of the Water Supply (Domestic Distribution Systems) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010

11.  In the Water Supply (Domestic Distribution Systems) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010(1), in regulation 1(2)(b) (Citation, commencement and interpretation), for the definition of “the Drinking Water Directive” substitute—

““the Drinking Water Directive” means Council Directive 98/83/EC on the quality of water intended for human consumption as last amended by Commission Directive (EU) 2015/1787(2);”.
