Amendment of the Single Use Carrier Bags Charge Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2013

30.  In the Single Use Carrier Bags Charge Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2013(1) in Schedule 1 (Exemptions), in paragraph 1(3) in the definition of “EEA health professional” for “regulation 1(2) of the Medicines for Human Use (Prescribing by EEA Practitioners) Regulations 2008” substitute “regulation 213(1) of the Human Medicines Regulations 2012(2)”.
