19. In Schedule 5 (Conditions of accreditation)—
(a)in paragraph (r)—
(i)in sub-paragraph (i), after “waste” insert “as last amended by Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/2002 (1)”; and
(ii)in sub-paragraph (ii), after “apply”, insert “as last amended by Commission Regulation (EU) No 733/2014(2)”.
