SCHEDULE 1 AMENDMENT OF WASTE PROVISIONS

Amendment of the Hazardous Waste Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005

14.  In Schedule 7 (Cross Border Movement of Hazardous Waste), for paragraph 1(a) substitute—

“(a) Annex 1A and 1B of Regulation (EC) No. 1013/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council on shipments of waste as last amended by Commission Regulation (EC) No.1379/2007(1);”.
