18.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2), the Areas of Natural Constraint Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2017 (“the 2017 Regulations”) are revoked.
(2) Paragraph (1) does not affect the continuing application of the 2017 Regulations in relation to —
(a)any claim for, or payment of, ANC allowance under those Regulations; or
(b)the exercise of any function in relation to the enforcement of the Regulations or recovery of payment under those Regulations.
