Amendment of the State Pension Credit Regulations

4.  In paragraph 20A(1) of Schedule 5 to the State Pension Credit Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003(1) (capital disregarded for the purpose of calculating income), after “error” insert “or an error on a point of law”.
