These Regulations amend the Common Agricultural Policy Basic Payment and Support Schemes Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015 (S.R. 2015 No. 191) (“the 2015 Regulations”). The 2015 Regulations make provision for the implementation of the Common Agricultural Policy schemes in Northern Ireland from 2015 by providing legal definition to a number of administration arrangements established by the Department.
