Citation, commencement and interpretation
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Common Agricultural Policy Basic Payment and Support Schemes (Revocation) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2018 and shall come into operation on 25th June 2018.
2. The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954(1) shall apply to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.
Revocation
3. Regulation 11 of the Common Agricultural Policy Basic Payment and Support Schemes Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015(2) (Active Farmers) is revoked.
