The Attorney General’s Human Rights Guidance (Domestic Abuse and Stalking) Order (Northern Ireland) 2018 No. 108

Coming into operation of the guidance

2.  The guidance on international human rights standards relevant to domestic abuse and stalking in respect of the Police Service of Northern Ireland, the Public Prosecution Service for Northern Ireland, the Probation Board for Northern Ireland and the Northern Ireland Courts and Tribunals Service shall come into operation on the day on which this Order comes into operation.
