Regulation 3 (interpretation of “relevant project”)

5.  In regulation 3(c), for paragraphs (ii) and (iii) substitute—

“(ii) involves development which is not mentioned in Schedule 1 to, or in column 1 of the table in Schedule 2 to the Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012(1); or

(iii) involves development for which planning permission is granted by Part 8 of the Schedule to the Planning (General Permitted Development) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015”(2).
