1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Restrictions on Amounts for Children and Qualifying Young Persons) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2017.
(2) This regulation and regulations 4 to 8 come into operation on 11th May 2017.
(3) Regulations 2 and 3 come into operation immediately after the coming into operation of the Universal Credit Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016(1).
(4) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954(2) shall apply to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.
