The Social Security (Restrictions on Amounts for Children and Qualifying Young Persons) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2017

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 122(1)(a) and (d), 131(1), 132(3) and (4)(b), 133 and 171(1), (3) and (4) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 19921, Articles 2(2), 6(5) and 14(1) and (4)(b) of the Jobseekers (Northern Ireland) Order 19952, Articles 9(5)(b), 15(4), 16(3)(b) and (c), 17(1) and (4)(b), 24(2)(d), 25(1)(b), 29(7) and 48(1) and (2) of, and paragraphs 4(1)(a) and (3)(a) and 5(1) of Schedule 1 and paragraphs 1(1) and 3(1)(b) of Schedule 6 to, the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 20153 and Articles 10(6) and 22 of the Welfare Reform and Work (Northern Ireland) Order 20164.
