5. For paragraph 16 of Schedule 6 (sums to be disregarded in the calculation of income other than earnings) to the Housing Benefit Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006(1) substitute—
“16. subject to paragraph 35, £10 of a pension paid by a government to victims of National Socialist persecution.”.
