Amendment of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations3
For paragraph 17(g) of Schedule 6 (sums to be disregarded in the calculation of income other than earnings) to the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations (Northern Ireland) 19969 substitute—

a pension paid by a government to victims of National Socialist persecution;
