Coming into operation
The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 3(1) and 4(1) of the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Northern Ireland) Order 19981 and now vested in it2.
The Department makes these Regulations—
- a
after consultation in accordance with Article 3(2) of the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Northern Ireland) Order 1998;
- b
having regard to the matters specified in Article 3(6); and
- c
in accordance with the duty in Article 3(7) of that Order.
