3. In regulation 3(3)(a) of the Personal Protective Equipment at Work Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1993(1), for “the Ionising Radiations Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000 [S.R. 2000 No. 375]” substitute “the Ionising Radiations Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2017 [S.R. 2017 No. 229]”.
