In regulation 106(6)(1) of the Employment and Support Allowance Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008 (notional income-deprivation and income on application) for “maximum amount of income which may be withdrawn from the fund” substitute “rate of the annuity which may have been purchased with the fund”.
