Transitional Provisions
40.—(1) Any authorisation granted by the Department under regulations 8, 16, 20 and 21 of the 2007 Regulations and which has not been revoked or expired by 27 October 2017 shall have effect as if granted under regulation 10, 18, 24 or 25 respectively
(2) Any notice granted by the Department under regulations 6, 7, 16, 16A, 19, 27, 28, 30 or 31 of 2007 Regulations and which has not been revoked or expired by 27 October 2017 shall have effect as if granted under regulation 8, 9, 18, 20, 23, 30, 31, 33, or 34.
