Amendment of the principal Regulations

3.  In regulation 3 (interpretation)—

(a) in the definition of “provider”, for “or a domiciliary care agency” substitute “a domiciliary care agency or a residential family centre”;

(b) in the definition of “the register”, omit “of social care workers”; and

(c) omit the definition of “social care worker”.
