1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security Benefits Up-rating (No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2017 and shall come into operation on 25th September 2017.
(2) In these Regulations “the Up-rating Order” means the Social Security Benefits Up-rating (No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2017(1).
