1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the County Court Fees (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2017.
(2) Articles 1 and 3 shall come into operation on 1st April 2017.
(3) Article 2 shall come into operation immediately after the coming into operation of the Universal Credit Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016(1).
(4) In this Order “the principal Order” means the County Court Fees Order (Northern Ireland) 1996(2).
