These regulations may be cited as the Universal Credit (Miscellaneous Amendments and Transitional and Savings Provisions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2017.

These regulations, except for the provisions listed in paragraphs (3) and (4), come into operation immediately after the coming into operation of the Universal Credit Regulations (Northern Ireland) 20163.

Paragraphs 1 and 3 to 7 of Schedule 1 come into operation immediately after the coming into operation of the Universal Credit (Consequential, Supplementary, Incidental and Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 20164.

Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 comes into operation immediately after the coming into operation of the Social Security (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 20175.
