Amendment of the 1995 Order

3.  In Article 64(2) of the 1995 Order(1) (equal treatment rule: exceptions) after “(state retirement pensions)” insert “or sections 2 to 12 of the Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2015 (state pension)”.
