1. This Order may be cited as the Superannuation (Certification Officer for Northern Ireland) Order (Northern Ireland) 2016, shall come into operation on 17th March 2016 and shall have effect from 15th June 2012.
2. There shall be added to the kinds of employment listed in Schedule 1 to the Superannuation (Northern Ireland) Order 1972, employment in the office of the Certification Officer for Northern Ireland(1).
