2. The day appointed for the coming into operation of—
(a)section 3(1) (full and reduced rates of state pension);
(b)section 10 (inheritance of graduated retirement benefit);
(c)section 18(2) to (4) (section 17 supplementary: calculating weeks, overseas residents, etc.);
(d)section 20 (overseas residents);
(e)section 23 (amendments) and paragraphs 2 and 6(1) of Schedule 12 (amendments to do with new state pension system), in so far as they relate to the provision specified in paragraph (f), and
(f)in Schedule 12, paragraph 6(3),
for the purpose only of authorising the making of regulations, is 25th February 2016.
