2. Rule 26(2) of the Mental Health Review Tribunal (Northern Ireland) Rules 1986(1) shall be amended as follows—
(1) after “circumstances of the case” insert “where in the interests of justice”;
(2) omit “,with the exception of the periods of notice specified in rule 16(4), rule 20 and rule 25(2),”.
