7. In the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999(1), for regulation 9(5), substitute—
“(5) This regulation does not apply to winding apparatus to which the Mines Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016 apply.”
