Amendment of regulation 229 (exemption for supply by national health service bodies and local authorities)

11.  In regulation 229(1), in paragraph (2), after “optometrist independent prescriber” insert “, physiotherapist independent prescriber, podiatrist independent prescriber, therapeutic radiographer independent prescriber”.
