6.  In regulation 2 (Interpretation)—

• in paragraph (b) of the definition of “person in control”—

  (i)

  for “section 33(3) of the Petroleum and Submarine Pipe-lines Act 1975” substitute “section 27(1) of the Petroleum Act 1998”; and

  (ii)

  for “the said section 33(3)” substitute “that section”.
