Amendment to the Juries Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996

2.—(1) The Juries Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 4—

(a) for paragraph (2), substitute—

“(2) The Divisional Jurors List for each division may be divided into Parts as directed by the Department of Justice.”;

(b) in paragraph (3), after “Divisional Jurors Lists”, insert “where”;

(c) omit paragraph (4).

(3) Omit Schedule 1A.
