The Department for Communities makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 29(2) and (3), 32(1), (2)(n) and (5), 47(1) and 48(4) of the Child Support (Northern Ireland) Order 1991(1), and now vested in it(2), and section 36(1) and (2) of, and paragraphs 5 and 6(1) and (2) of Schedule 2 to, the Child Maintenance Act (Northern Ireland) 2008(3).
