Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (Prescribed Police Stations) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016 and shall come into operation on 21 November 2016.
Prescribed police stations
2. The police stations listed in the Schedule to these Regulations are prescribed for the purposes of section 87 (1)(a) of the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
Revocation
3. The Sexual Offences Act 2003 (Prescribed Police Stations) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015(1) are revoked.
