2. The chairman of the Northern Ireland Medical and Dental Training Agency, appointed by the Department of Health in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Northern Ireland Medical and Dental Training Agency (Establishment and Constitution) Order (Northern Ireland) 2004(1), shall be a prescribed person for the purposes of Article 89(1)(b) of the Health and Personal Social Services (Northern Ireland) Order 1972.
