Title and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Salaries (Assembly Ombudsman and Commissioner for Complaints) Order (Northern Ireland) 2016 and shall have effect from 1st April 2015.
Revocation
2. The Salaries (Assembly Ombudsman and Commissioner for Complaints) Order (Northern Ireland 2015(1) is revoked.
Increase in Salaries
3. The annual full time rate of salaries payable to the Assembly Ombudsman and the Commissioner for Complaints shall be increased from £130,875 to £132,184 from 1st April 2015.
