The Foyle, Carlingford and Irish Lights Commission, with the approval of the North/South Ministerial Council, makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(1)(j) of the Foyle Fisheries Act 19521 and section 13(1)(j) of the Foyle Fisheries Act (Northern Ireland) 19522 and now vested in it3.
