1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Housing Benefit (Amendment No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016.
(2) This regulation and regulation 7 come into operation on 14th September 2016.
(3) The remaining provisions of these Regulations come into operation on 23rd January 2017.
