In the Sea Fishing (Marking and Identification of Passive Fishing Gear and Beam Trawls) Order (Northern Ireland) 2008(1), in Article 5(4), for the words from “specifies a petty sessions district” to the end, substitute “specifies that payment of the fine is enforceable in Northern Ireland, this Article shall apply as if the fine were imposed by a court in Northern Ireland.”.
