The Bookmaking (Forms of Licences) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 200424 are amended as follows.

For regulation 2(4), substitute—

Every entry on each licence shall be verified, as the case may be, by the signature of the chief clerk or the clerk of petty sessions.

In Form 1 in the Schedule—
a
in the title, omit “Petty Sessions District of …” and “County Court Division of ….”;
b
in Part I, after “Clerk of petty sessions”, omit “for the petty sessions district of ….”;

in Part II—
