PART 2 CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS TO SUBORDINATE LEGISLATION

Amendment to the Family Homes and Domestic Violence (Allocation of Proceedings) Order (Northern Ireland) 1999

16.—(1) The Family Homes and Domestic Violence (Allocation of Proceedings) Order (Northern Ireland) 1999(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In Article 1, for the definition of “county court”, substitute ““family care centre” means a county court so specified in directions issued by the Lord Chief Justice;”.

(3) Omit Article 2.

(4) In Article 4(3), for “a divorce county court”, substitute “any other county court”.

(5) Omit Article 6.

(6) Omit Article 9.

(7) Omit Article 14.
