JUSTICE

In the Registration of Clubs (Certificate of Registration) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 199715, in the Schedule—

a

in the title, omit “Petty Sessions District of ….” and “County Court Division of ….”;

b

in Part I—

i

after “Clerk of Petty Sessions”, omit “for the said District”; and

ii

after “Chief Clerk”, omit “for the said Division”;

c

in Part II—

i

omit “for the County Court Division of ….”; and

ii

after “Chief Clerk”, omit “for the said Division”;

d

in Part III, after “Chief Clerk”, omit “for the said Division”; and

e

in Part IV, after “Clerk of Petty Sessions”, omit “for the said District”.
