PART 2 CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS TO SUBORDINATE LEGISLATION

Amendment to the Registration of Deeds Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997

12.  In the Registration of Deeds Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997(1), in the Schedule—

(a) in Forms 3 and 4, in Note 2, for “division of the County Court”, substitute “the County Court sitting at (venue)”;

(b) in Form 5, in Note 3, for “division of the County Court”, substitute “the County Court sitting at (venue)”; and

(c) in Form 6, for “for the Division of (insert name)”, substitute “sitting at (insert venue)”.
