4. In Schedule 12, in Part 2 (“PVR II”), for paragraph 2(1) substitute—
2.—(1) In this Part, “PVR II” means Directive 2009/126/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 October 2009 on Stage II petrol vapour recovery during refuelling of motor vehicles at service stations as last amended by Commission Directive 2014/99/EU (1).”
