The Magistrates’ Courts (Amendment No. 2) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2016

Citation, commencement and interpretation

2.  In these Rules—

(a) “the principal Rules” means the Magistrates’ Courts Rules (Northern Ireland) 1984(1); and

(b) a reference to a rule, paragraph, Schedule or Form is a reference to that rule, paragraph, Schedule or Form so numbered in the principal Rules.
