Removal or storage charges where a claimant is re-housed following the imposition of a compulsory purchase order, or a redevelopment or closing order, or a compulsory exchange of tenancies, or pursuant to the Northern Ireland Housing Executive’s statutory duty to the homeless under the Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 1988(1).
