2. In paragraph 1 of the Schedule to the Planning (Local Development Plan) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015(1)—
(a)for “the Planning (Northern Ireland) 1991 Order” substitute “the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1972(2) or the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991”; and
(b)for “that Order” substitute “the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991”.
