2. In regulation 2 of the Landlord Registration Scheme Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014 for the definition of “authorised officer” substitute—
““authorised officer” means an officer of the district council, the Department of Finance, the Northern Ireland Housing Executive or the Department for Communities authorised in writing for the purpose of regulation 9 of the Landlord Registration Scheme Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014(1).”
