38. In regulation 2(1) (interpretation) of the Social Security (Contributions Credits for Parents and Carers) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010(1), in the definition of “relevant benefit”, after sub-paragraph (e) add—
“(f)the daily living component of personal independence payment in accordance with Article 83 of the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015.”.
