In regulation 25 of the Social Security (Incapacity Benefit) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1994(1) (person whose benefit is not to be reduced under section 30DD(1)) for “or armed forces independence payment under the Armed Forces and Reserve Forces (Compensation Scheme) Order 2011” substitute “, armed forces independence payment under the Armed Forces and Reserve Forces (Compensation Scheme) Order 2011 or the enhanced rate of the daily living component of personal independence payment under Article 83(2) of the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015.”.
