The Social Security (Overpayments and Recovery) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016

Coming into operation in accordance with regulation 1(2) and (3)
The Secretary of State for Works and Pensions makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 69(4), (6)(a) and (b), (8) and (9A) to (9C), 69ZA, 69ZB(2)(b) to (5), 69ZC(1) to (3), 69ZD, 69ZF, 69ZG, 69ZH, 72(2), 73(4), (5)(a) and (8) to (10), 74(2) and (3B) to (3D), 109B(4A) and 165(1), (4), (5) and (6) of the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 19921 and Article 38(1) of the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 20152.
Those powers are exercisable by the Secretary of State by virtue of Article 4(1) of the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015.
